Inspired by change
Unbound Model Management was inspired by a desire to break away from traditional agency barriers. I wanted to create a space where models are supported, educated, and empowered without being limited or exploited. After navigating the industry firsthand, my goal was to build an agency that prioritizes transparency, opportunity, and creative freedom.

The most important thing to know about Unbound is that we are truly model-first. We do not charge agency fees, we operate non-exclusively, and we focus on developing real careers—not just filling bookings. Our models' best interests are at the center of everything we do, ensuring a safe, empowering, and transparent environment where talent is respected and supported.
